What's Your Inner Story, and Is It Helping You? Think about the tale you've got going on in your head about who you are. Is it lifting you up or dragging you down? What if you tweaked that story, would it help you become the person you want to be?

What Really Drives You, and Is It Actually Your Choice? You know those values that guide what you do? Ever stopped to think if they're really yours, or maybe just stuff you picked up from family, friends, or TV? How would life change if you acted more in line with what you truly believe?

What's the One Big Thing You Want, and What's Stopping You? If you could change just one thing to make your life awesome, what would it be? What's keeping you from getting it? Can you get around those roadblocks?

What "Faces" Do You Put On, and What Are You Hiding? We all wear different "hats" in different situations, like at work or with family. What are you protecting by putting on these different faces? What would happen if you just dropped the act?

What's Your Best Self Like, and What Can You Do Right Now to Get Closer? Imagine you're the best version of yourself. What does that look like? Now, think of one thing you can do today to nudge yourself closer to being that awesome person.
